According to the headteacher, Yusuf Kasirye, the initiative seeks to tap into the experience, knowledge, and exposure of former students to inspire current learners to aim higher in their academic journey. He noted that OBs and OGs are a vital part of the school community, as they serve as living examples of what students can achieve in the future.

The meeting, held at the school, attracted alumni from diverse professional backgrounds, including teachers, doctors, engineers, businesspeople, and religious leaders.
